Clients are responsible for:

4. Payment Terms

All service fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. State filing fees and third-party fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes constitute breach of agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

6. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to waive the right to trial by jury.
